About 2 weeks ago, I bought a couple of Kamen Rider Black RX DVDs from this Chinese store. They don’t have subtitles, but suppose to come with Japanese audio aside from Cantonese. I watched the first DVD once last week and finished it last night. It was fun, and funny in some ways. The special effects look so fake, yet when I was a kid I loved the series so much.
Now, the second DVD was a different story. It doesn’t come with Japanese audio like said on the back of the cover; only Cantonese. There’s also another problem with this “DVD set”: the packaging. No, it’s not about those sparkling glitters, it’s about the number of episodes. Kamen Rider Black RX series have 47 episodes in total, but these DVDs only have 22 episodes each (DVD1: ep 1-22, DVD2: ep 23-44), leaving the 3 last episodes out of the DVD set. What a stupid way to package it. If they can’t fit 47 episodes in 2 DVDs, then sell them in 3 DVDs. Why leave the last 3 episodes out!?! >_<
Can’t get your hopes too high on Chinese Bootlegs…

Just saw Casino Royale today. Despite the long ending, it was a pretty good Bond movie. Definitely better than the last few ones. I like the character development, and I like how the movie doesn’t overuse technology and special effects like the previous movies. Plot-wise, it could still use some improvements.
I’m not a Bond expert, I haven’t seen a lot Bond movies, so I can’t compare it with the older movies. The only non Pierce Brosnan one that I saw and still remember is Never Say Never Again. I hope the sequel (working title “Bond 22″) won’t be a dissapointment too.
The big question I’m left with is… how the hell did James Bond manage to have sex after all that “torture”. Thought he would have to be abstinence from sex for a while.

One Piece BLUE seems to have many important information, compared to One Piece RED. I think I will use it more for my OPDB website.
I’m still working on that website, real slowly though. Right now I spend more time editing One Piece articles on Wikipedia and ArlongPark’s Wiki. My Wikipedia username is Tekoteko.

My Life in the past year and a half consisted mostly of: school, work, and WoW. But I’m not doing any of those 3 at this moment.
Recently playing:
- Dragon Quest VIII (finished) - lvl 43, 120 hours
- Final Fantasy XII (stalled) - got bored at lvl 30, 44 hours into the game
- Gyakuten Saiban [Phoenix Wright] (finished) - fun game
- Gyakuten Saiban 2 (at 4th case)
